Terms And Conditions

1. Eligibility & Purpose: The auditorium is only available for academic, social, and cultural events. Political and family functions are not permitted.

2. Booking Validity: Bookings are accepted up to 6 months in advance and are confirmed only after full payment and written approval.

3. Timings: Events should not exceed 3 hours per session. Additional charges apply for early access or overtime.

4. Permissions & Compliance: Necessary police permissions and legal clearances (IP rights, etc.) must be obtained and submitted at least a day before the event.

5. Conduct & Safety: Overcrowding, loud music outside, smoking, alcohol, and inflammables are strictly prohibited. Organisers must maintain law and order, traffic control, and ensure safety compliance.

6. Use of Infrastructure: No external equipment, furniture, or decorations may be used without prior written permission. Any damage to property will result in fines and compensation.

7. Responsibilities: The organiser is liable for audience safety, medical emergencies, lost belongings, and general cleanliness.

8. Security Deposit: Refunded within three months post-event, subject to compliance and submission of required documents.
