Payment Policy

Booking is confirmed only after advance payment and written confirmation from the auditorium management. Charges vary for additional services like lighting, sound, decorations, and generator usage.

Refund Policy (Based on Cancellation Notice Period)

Refunds are processed post-event/cancellation date.

A GST-compliant credit note is issued for cancellation.

No refunds for cancellations due to natural calamities, force majeure, or equipment failure beyond management control.

Cancellation Process

Must be notified in writing at least 2 days prior (excluding event day).

Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the booking amount and future booking denial
